Mt. Kilimanjaro is one of the seven summits of the world, is the highest peak of the African continent and the world tallest free standing mountain. Located in Tanzania, Kilimanjaro is one of the popular climb as it requires no special technical skill. It is often stated that climbing Kilimanjaro is just a long hike. While trekking to the peak of Kilimanjaro, you can come across various landscapes of Africa arraying from the hot plains to grasslands to the tropical rainforest, alpine meadows, moorlands and artic desert. Mt. Kenya, the second highest peak of Africa in Kenya, also draws trekker from all over the world. It has three peaks Batian , Nelion and Lenana. Trekking to Mt Kenya‘s Batian , Nelion peaks requires technical skill while climbing Lenana point of Mt Kenya does not require any technical skill like Mt. Kilimanjaro. .
